Adhyayan Suman is an upcoming Bollywood actor who has appeared in films like ‘Raaz – the Mystery Continues’ and ‘Jashn’. Adhyayan Suman is the son of well known actor and TV personality Shekhar Suman. Adhyayan Suman born on 13th January 1988 in Mumbai is a graduate from the prestigious the New York Film Academy.

Adhyayan Suman’s father Shekhar Suman is known to have appeared in acclaimed films like ‘Utsav’ opposite Rekha and ‘Naache mayuri’ opposite Madhuri Dixit. Shekhar Suman became extremely popular after featuring as a celebrity judge on Star One’s ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ and Sony’s ‘Comedy Circus’. Adhyayan Suman does not only inherit his father’s good looks but his passion for films as well. A graduate from the New York Film Academy, Adhyayan Suman directed a short film starring Shekhar Suman and Javed Jaffrey as a part of his course curriculum. To venture into the mainstream commercial cinema, he shed around sixty Kgs of weight in a year.

Adhyayan Suman made his debut with ‘Haal-e-dil’ alongside new comers Amita Pathak and Nakuul Mehta. ‘Haal-e-dil’ was produced by Kumar Mangat and directed by Ajay Devgan’s brother Anil devgan. The film was a romantic musical drama that did reasonably well at the box office. Adhyayan was next seen in Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Raaz- the Mystery Continues’, the sequel to Bipasha Basu- Dino Morea starrer ‘Raaz’ released in 2002. Directed by Mohit Suri, ‘Raaz- the Mystery Continues’ was one of the biggest hits of the year 2009. A paranormal thriller film, it also starred Emraan Hashmi, Kangana Ranaut and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. ‘Raaz- the Mystery Continues’ also became extremely popular owing to its soundtrack that received several awards.

Adhyayan Suman played the male lead in ‘Jashnn — the Music Within’ directed by Raksha Mistry & Hasnain S Hyderabadwala. Produced by the Bhatt camp, ‘Jashnn — the Music Within’ also starred Anjana Sukhani, Shahana Goswami and Humayun Saeed. The film was an average success but won huge critical acclaim. Adhyayan Suman won the hearts of millions of cinema buffs and accolades from the critics. Mahesh Bhatt in an interview stated that Adhyayan was incredible and it was unbelievable that he could give such a mature and riveting performance at an age of twenty one.

Adhyayan Suman is currently working on a few Bollywood projects including Raj Kanwar’s sequel to Shahrukh khan- Divya Bharti starrer ‘Deewana’, titled ‘Deewana 2’ alongside anjana sukhani and Shahrukh Khan, ‘Awake’ and ‘Life Ise Gale Laga’ presented by ace actress Rani mukherji and directed by her brother Raja Mukherji. He will also appear his home production film based on the life of freedom fighter Jayaprakash Narayan.

Adhyayan Suman is an ardent animal lover and thus participated in an event in Dubai intended to create awareness about the importance of protection of wild species. As a part of the initiative, he got into the water and played with Dolphins for pretty long. He certainly was delighted to be a part of the cause and wanted to take to a higher level.

Adhyayan Suman was earlier dating Kangana Ranaut whom he met during the shoot of ‘Raaz- the Mystery Continues’. Kangana Ranaut is a national Award winning actress known for films like ‘Gangster’ and ‘Fashion’. The couple broke up owing to personal incompatibility and other unknown reasons. Adhyayan Suman is currently dating his ex girlfriend Meghna Pittie with whom he split after meeting Kangana ranaut.
