Here we bring to you the official
trailer of ‘Fitoor’ launched by the makers today. Shoot in Kashmir, the story
tells an intense and passionate love saga of Katrina Kaif, enacting the
character of Firdaus and Aditya Roy Kapoor playing Noor. The trailer is mind-blowing
and truly mesmerizing. The beautiful locales of Kashmir are an attraction of
the film.
In the two-minute long trailer, audience got an idea what the film is
all about and it is learnt that ‘Fitoor’ speaks the two die-hard lovers Firdaus
and Noor. A childhood love which grown stronger with every passing day. A young
Kashmiri boy Noor finds love in red haired Firdaus. But as says, ‘Yeh Ishq Nahi
Aasan’, Firdaus belongs to the family of a rich Nawabi family and Noor a simple
Kashmiri boy devoid of name and fame. Begum Hazrat, played by Tabu is the
barrier in their relationship.
She is against her daughter falling in love with a simple poor boy. Speaking
to her daughter Firdaus, the Begum says, "Tum ishq pe lutne ke liye
nahi bani ho (You've not been made to waste away in love)".
Chinar leaf, snowfalls and an intense love story form the backdrop of Abhishek
Kapoor’s ‘Fitoor’.
On Sunday (January 3), the makers of released three first-look posters
of the three important characters of the film, Aditya Roy Kapur's Noor, Katrina
Kaif's Firdaus and Tabu's Begum Hazrat.
Based on Charles Dickens' popular novel Great Expectations, ‘Fitoor’ shot in Kashmir and partly in Delhi, Mumbai and Poland is set to release on February 12, 2016.
