Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma had an Alia Bhatt moment, when
people started question her intelligence, thanks to mispelling on Twitter. In a tweet tribute to late President APJ Abdul Kalam,
the actress wrote, "Very sad to hear about the passing of ABJ Kalam
Azad. Loss of an inspiring visionary and a wonderful soul. May his soul
RIP.(sic)" and the tweet was enough for the tweeple to start trolling
the actress for her alleged ignorance.
Though Anushka was quick to delete the tweet and posted a fresh
tribute with the correct spelling of the late President's name, her
revised tweet couldn't save her from the wrath of Twitter users.
Here's what some of the users had to say about Anushka's obvious ignorance:
@kamaalrkhan -"And see the 2nd tweet of educated intelligent @AnushkaSharma n 3rd time she was able to write correct name."
@khalidrafiq140 -"Anushka Sharma needs GK lessons: Actress confuses APJ Kalam for freedom fighter Abul Kalam Azad, gets trolled"
@AarSee -"there should be far greater outrage on Anushka Sharma's tweet on #KalamSir than there was on Salman Khan over Yakub"
@MasalaBai -"So @AnushkaSharma Get's Kalam's name wrong. The Twitter crowd responds in its usual charming way. #sick"
