New Delhi: Bollywood, of late, seems to be making the most of the concept of delivering biopics.
With Priyanka Chopra's biopic `Mary Kom` creating a buzz in the
industry, other directors and actors too are keen to grab their share of
the limelight by immortalizing real life personalities on celluloid.
Few months back, Ranbir Kapoor had reportedly announced that he would like to play Sanjay Dutt in a biopic.
And the Bollywood heartthrob-Ranbir seems to be directors' hot
favourite when it comes to casting. As per reports, the Kapoor lad wants
to step into the shoes of the late actor Amrish Puri and wants to do a
biopic on his life.
Earlier reports suggested that the 31 year-old actor was roped in for
Anurag Basu's biopic on Kishore Kumar. It is learnt that the director
has even confirmed the news.
Well, with a number of biopics lined up for the versatile actor, may we call him the king of biopic then?
