With so much name and fame coming her way, the ‘Cocktail’ actress has apparently decided to hike her fees for all her forthcoming movies. As she stepped 30, Deepika Padukone has hiked her fees.
Amidst the debate of pay disparity in Bollywood, the actress has hiked her fees to 15 crores per film. According to Bollywoodlife.com, the actress will be now charging Rs 15 crores for all the hardwork she puts in a venture.
The year 2015 has been marvelous for Deepika. All her three films were box-office winner, ‘Piku’, ‘Tamasha’ and now ‘Bajirao Mastani’. Her co-actor Priyanka Chopra had many times addressed the bias treatment in pay rank, saying, "Whenever I say that, everyone is like, ‘Yeh Purana ho Gaya'. I don't talk about payments; my art is too deep for me. I work so much that I am not apologetic about what I get paid. Everybody should be compensated for the work they do and remuneration is meant for that!"
