What’s common between Hrithik Roshan and Prakash Jha’s daughter?

 

 

It’s quite a well known fact that way before he started his journey as an actor, Hrithik Roshan played an ardent son to producer Rakesh Roshan. The Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai star would go beyond limits to help papa Roshan in maintaining production schedules. For example he would even iron the clothes of the star cast of Roshan’s production ventures.

 

 

Now something similar can be seen in case of Prakash Jha and his daughter Disha. According to an insider Jha’s daughter who is just 22 is being of quite a help to her father in his brand new production venture. Says the source who’s working on the project, “Disha has taken over a lot of work. So now there is lesser burden on Prakash Jha’s head who’s currently making Bhola.” The source further adds, “She does co-ordination work with the actors. She is seeing to it that the planned schedule will very much fall into place.” Reportedly, Disha was also the costume supervisor on Rajneeti (2010).

 

Though, daughter Jha is busy learning the ropes of filmmaking, once in an interview she had mentioned that the goal of her life is to become a successful playback singer.

 

Meanwhile, Jha who is known for making serious films like Gangaajal, Apaharan, Satyagraha is now working on a comedy, titled Bhola. Shares the source, “This is for the first time Jha is experimenting with comedy as a genre. Hope it turns out well just like his other films.”

  

Directed by Saurabh Shrivastav, the film stars Arshad Warsi (in the title role) and Saurabh Shukla. It is about two guys who are on the loose. Set in rural India, the film will be shot either in Mathura or Agra. Bhola is set to go on floor in November.
