Revealed: Reason behind Bipasha-Karan not getting married

Bollywood actors Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover are allegedly in a relationship and going strong. Speculations about their marriage have been doing the rounds for quite some time, but the couple hasn’t officially announced their relationship yet.

According to reports, Karan’s second wife actress Jennifer Winget could be the reason for this. It is believed that the ‘Hate Story 3’ actor’s alleged closeness to the Bong bombshell was the cause for their separation.

Karan and Jennifer are not officially divorced yet, according to a source on Pinkvilla.com. The ‘Dil Mil Gayye’ actors tied the knot in April, 2012 and separated after two years of marriage. Jennifer announced her separation from Karan in November 2014.

The source further revealed that Jennifer and Karan have not come on a mutual agreement over the alimony. Reportedly, Jennifer is demanding a huge sum for alimony and Karan is not willing to pay the same. Jennifer has also refused to sign the papers until the alimony deal is sealed.

So, until Karan and Jennifer’s divorce comes through, the ‘Alone’ co-stars have to put on hold their marriage plans, even if they really want to tie the knot.

Meanwhile, Bipasha celebrated her 37th birthday on January 7 at Maldives with her beau Karan by her side. Karan even shared his feelings on Instagram with a picture of his ‘angel’.

“Happy Birthday to most gorgeous woman in the world!!!! May the universe bless you with a gazillion times more love and light than you spread in everyone else's life! You're an angel! God bless you! Happy birthday!” he wrote and added another picture with the caption, “Happy birthday Bipasha! Thank you for making every moment so beautiful and special!”

Last year in February, Bipasha also rang in Karan’s birthday in Goa. The duo is, more often than not, spotted in each other’s company – holidaying or working out and indulging in PDA. They have also pretty much declared their love for each other on social media.
